Iced Coffees & Frozen Coffees at Dunkin’
Dunkin’ used to be called Dunkin’ Donuts until 2019. They made the name change to shift the focus more on coffee than donuts.
The cold coffee drinks on the Dunkin’ menu includes iced coffee, iced latte, cold brew, and frozen coffee.
The 3 iced drink sizes at Dunkin’ are small (12 ounces), medium (24 ounces), and large (32 ounces).

Dunkin’ uses 100% Arabica coffee beans and are sourced and roasted by the company.
Along with whole milk, Dunkin’ offers skim milk, coconutmilk, oatmilk, almondmilk, and cream. All these milks are available for iced coffee drinks, but only whole milk, skim milk, and cream are available for frozen drinks.
There are dozens of flavors that can be added to any drink, although not all flavors are available at every location.
It’s easy to customize drinks and combine flavors to come up with new, unique concoctions.
All drinks can be made decaf upon request.

Tips on Ordering
- All the frozen drinks are sweetened. There is no option to get the frozen drinks unsweetened since the Coffee Swirl Syrup that’s in all the frozen coffees comes pre-sweetened.
- Frozen drinks come with an optional whipped cream topping.
- Some flavors are sweetened and some are not and they’re usually listed on the menu as “sweetened” or “unsweetened.” Hazelnut is one of the only flavors that has a sweetened and unsweetened option.
- Drinks are made by putting the flavor shot in first, then the iced coffee or frozen coffee. Swirling the drink is a good idea to make sure the flavor is mixed in.

Drinks range between $2-$3. There’s no additional cost for adding flavors to a drink, and the frozen coffees are slightly more expensive than the iced coffees.
Yes, but not every location sweetens the iced coffees the same. Some former Dunkin’ employees report sweetening all drinks with liquid sugar while others report using granulated sugar.
Hot coffee is brewed to double strength, cooled, and then the coffee is poured over ice.
Iced coffee is brewed hot, cooled, then poured over ice. Cold brew is made by steeping ground coffee in water for few hours, then strained. Dunkin’ makes cold brew in small batches and steeps it for 12 hours. The resulting drink is bolder and smoother and much stronger than iced coffee.
Dunkin’ has a specific blend they use for iced coffee called Dunkin’ Original Blend Iced Coffee.
