How to Make a Coffee Frappuccino

There are two parts to this frozen coffee drink:

  • Frozen blended coffee
  • Whipped cream topping

STEP 1: Whip together heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk.

Combine heavy cream and 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk in a tall container. Whip using a handheld milk frother until you get medium peaks. Set aside.

STEP 2: Make strong coffee.

Brew 4 tablespoons of coffee using 1 3/4 cups of water (filtered water if possible) in a coffee maker.

Let it cool for about 5 minutes or add a couple of ice cubes to cool it down quicker.

STEP 3: Blend coffee, ice, and sweetened condensed milk.

Start the blender on low for about 10 seconds then turn it up to high for about 5 seconds.

Use a tamper tool to make sure the ice gets blended evenly.

STEP 4: Pour coffee frappuccino into two cups.

Each glass holds 17 oz. A Starbucks grande is 16 oz.

STEP 5: Top with whipped cream.

Optional: Sprinkle on a little instant coffee.

Serve with a straw and drink immediately.
