Delta Airlines and Starbucks have partnered to create a new way to earn miles on Delta!

Members of Delta SkyMiles and Starbucks Rewards can link their accounts to earn 1 mile per $1 spent at Starbucks and double Stars on days when they travel on Delta.

To earn miles, you must link your accounts on or

You must be signed in or need to sign up for both the Delta Skymiles program and the Starbucks Rewards program to link the accounts.

Here are the benefits to linking the accounts:

150 Bonus Stars
Link the accounts before 12/31/22 and you’ll get 150 Stars. To get the 150 Stars though, you need to make a qualifying purchase (food, beverages or merchandise) at Starbucks.

500 Bonus SkyMiles
Just for linking the accounts before 12/31/22, you’ll get 500 Skymiles.

Double Stars on Delta travel days
Make sure to stop in at a Starbucks on the day you fly.

Earn 1 mile per $1 spent at Starbucks everyday
This excludes alcohol, gift cards/reloads, taxes, and tips.

Miles and Stars are automatically added to your respective accounts.

Three ways to earn miles with the Starbucks and Delta partnership.

There is nothing you need to do after linking the accounts.

Miles and Stars are automatically added to your Delta SkyMiles account and Starbucks Rewards account.

Keep track of your earned miles on your Delta Skymiles account.
Miles can take up to 10 business day to show up on your Delta Skymiles account. These earned miles will never expire.

Keep track of your earned Stars on your Starbucks app or your Starbucks account under transaction history.
Stars can take up to 2 business days to show up on your Starbucks account. These earned Stars will expire after 6 months.

There is no limit to the number of miles or Stars you can earn once your accounts are linked.
