Pumpkin Cream  Cold Brew

Homemade version of a Starbucks favorite, this cold brew is flavored with pumpkin spice syrup (homemade or store-bought) and topped with cold foam.

Coffee options

The recipe uses cold brew coffee but it can be made with strong coffee from a coffee machine, Nespresso, or Keurig.  Cool coffee by putting it into the freezer for 15 minutes.

Homemade Cold Foam

Cold foam can easily be made at home! All you need is a French press. Put milk or half & half into the French press and pump the plunger up and down.

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Make cold foam. Put half & half and syrup into a French press and pump up and down.

STEP 2

Shake cold brew coffee and pumpkin spice syrup in a cocktail shaker.

STEP 3

Pour pumpkin spice cold brew into a cup of ice. Top with cold foam.
