INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine instant coffee, sugar, and water in a tall cup.
Use a tall glass so there isn't a mess once the milk frother starts whipping together the ingredients. Use cool or cold filtered water.
  • Froth coffee.
After 15 seconds of whipping, froth will reach almost to the top of the glass.
  • Add ice.
  • Add half & half.
Instead of half & half, feel free to swap it out with any other kind of milk. Stir drink before drinking.

NOTES

  • If you don't have a handheld milk frother, shake instant coffee, sugar, and cold or cool water in a cocktail shaker or a jar with a tight lid and until it thickens and froths. (Should take less than a minute.)
  • Make it decadent by adding a scoop of ice cream instead of milk. (Feel free to take out the sugar too if you don't want it too sweet.)
