Whip together heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk.Combine heavy cream and 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk in a tall container. Whip using a handheld milk frother until you get medium peaks. Set aside.
Make strong coffee.4 tablespoons of ground coffee and 1 ¾ cups of water (filtered water if possible) make strong coffee in a coffee machine.Let it cool for about 5 minutes or add a couple of ice cubes to cool it down quicker.
Blend coffee, ice, and sweetened condensed milk.Start on low for about 10 seconds then turn it up to high for about 5 seconds. Use a tamper tool to make sure the ice gets blended evenly.
Pour coffee frappuccino into two cups.Each serving is 17 oz. -- a Starbucks grande is 16 oz.
Top with whipped cream.Optional: Sprinkle on a little instant coffee. Serve with a straw and drink immediately.
