INGREDIENTS

Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte

Whipped Cream

Cinnamon Sugar Garnish

  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Whisk heavy cream and vanilla syrup using a handheld milk frother.
Whisk until you get stiffer peaks, which should take about a minute. Make sure to move the handheld milk frother up and down to get air into the heavy cream. Set aside.
  • Pour cinnamon syrup, espresso, and milk into a cup. Add ice.
Add ingredients in this exact order.
  • Top with whipped cream.
Use a spoon to dollop the whipped cream on top of the drink.
  • Add cinnamon sugar.

NOTES

  • Cinnamon syrup and vanilla syrup can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
  • The whipped cream is made with vanilla syrup, the way Starbucks makes theirs, but you can easily swap out the vanilla syrup with 2 teaspoons of sugar.
  • Instead of whipped cream, make it with Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam!
  • You can get vanilla syrup directly from Starbucks by going to any of their locations and asking if they have any vanilla syrup available for purchase. They’ll sell it to you if they have enough in stock. It should cost around $14.
  • Starbucks uses 2% milk for most of their drinks. You can use any kind you like though.
