TikTok Starbucks Iced White Mocha Copycat

Make this popular TikTok Starbucks Iced White Mocha with sweet cream foam and extra caramel drizzle at home.

INGREDIENTS
 

Iced White Mocha

  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate sauce
  • 2 espresso shots
  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 1 cup ice

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam

  • cup half & half
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine half & half and vanilla syrup in a French press. Place lid and move the plunger up and down 40 times to make cold foam.
    Set aside.
  • Put white chocolate sauce, espresso, and milk into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously 10 times.
    If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, use a jar with a tight lid.
  • Drizzle inside of a cup with caramel sauce. Add ice.
    Use a spoon to add caramel to the inside of the cup.
  • Pour Iced White Mocha into the cup.
  • Top with vanilla sweet cream cold foam.

NOTES

  • Cold foam can be made using a French press or a handheld milk frother but the French does a better job of creating luscious foam.
  • This drink is made with espresso, but if you don’t have an espresso machine or a Nespresso, you can use instant coffee or cold brew, but it won't taste the same as when it's made with espresso. If making this drink with cold brew, use 1/2 cup cold brew and 1/4 cup milk.
  • You can use sweetened condensed milk if you don't have white chocolate sauce.
  • The vanilla sweet cream cold foam is made using vanilla syrup, but if you don't have any, sweeten the half & half with 2 teaspoons of sugar.
  • Make homemade vanilla syrup ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. It's so easy to make with just 3 ingredients and takes 5 minutes.
  • If you don't like strong, bitter taste of coffee but want caffeine, make this drink using blonde espresso, which has a smoother coffee taste but has contains more caffeine than drinks made with espresso or dark roast.
