Vanilla Whipped Cream
Whisk heavy cream and vanilla syrup to make whipped cream. Set aside.Use a handheld milk frother to make whipped cream in seconds.
Blend chocolate sauce, dark chocolate bar, milk, ice, and homemade Frappuccino base syrup until smooth.Start the blender on low, then turn it up high. Use a tamper tool to make sure the ice gets blended evenly. It should take about 15 – 30 seconds depending on the blender.
Pour Frappuccino into a cup.
Top drink with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
The Frappuccino base syrup should be made first. It can be stored in the refrigerator, ready to be used anytime you want to make a Frappuccino.
If you want to skip the Frappuccino base syrup, replace it with the same amount of simple syrup. Using simple syrup will make the drink taste the same but it won't have the same texture.
Add ingredients into the blender as it's listed in the recipe. Make sure not to add the ice in first. You want liquids in first, then the ice.
To make whipped cream in seconds, use a handheld milk frother to whisk the heavy cream and vanilla syrup. It should take about 30-50 seconds to get medium peaks. Use a spoon to add the whipped cream on top of your drink.
