- Soft, fluffy vanilla cold foam can be made in seconds at home using French press.

Ingredient Notes
- Jameson Cold Brew Irish Whiskey: Cold brew coffee and whiskey in one bottle. Use it to make cocktails or mix it in with other drinks like Coke or hot chocolate.
- Cold brew: Just the Jameson Cold Brew is too strong on its own, so cold brewed coffee is added. Use any kind of cold brew you like. I highly recommend making cold brew at home since it’s so easy.
- Vanilla syrup: To sweeten and flavor the drink and the cold foam. Use store-bought or homemade vanilla syrup. The homemade version takes less than 5 minutes using 3 ingredients, so it’s very easy to make.
- Half & half: Half cream and half milk, this is to make the cold foam.
- Ice: Use filtered water to make ice if possible, for a better tasting drink.

Expert Tips
- Homemade cold brew takes at least 20 hours to steep in the refrigerator, so make this first. Or, you can use store-bought cold brew.
- Homemade vanilla syrup can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Instead of vanilla cold foam, vanilla cream can be used if you don’t want to create foam. Combine half & half and vanilla syrup and pour it into the drink.
- If you don’t have a French press or a handheld milk frother to make cold foam, use a large jar with a tight lid and vigorously shake half & half and vanilla syrup until it thickens.
- Don’t overfill the French press. Since the cold foam will almost double in volume as air is pumped in, only fill the French press halfway.
