INGREDIENTS
Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte
- ¼ cup cinnamon syrup
- 2 capsules Nespresso espresso (or 2 espresso shots)
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup ice
Whipped Cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
Cinnamon Sugar Garnish
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- pinch ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk heavy cream and vanilla syrup using a handheld milk frother.Whisk until you get stiffer peaks, which should take about a minute. Make sure to move the handheld milk frother up and down to get air into the heavy cream. Set aside.
- Pour cinnamon syrup, espresso, and milk into a cup. Add ice.Add ingredients in this exact order.
- Top with whipped cream.Use a spoon to dollop the whipped cream on top of the drink.
- Add cinnamon sugar.
