  • Cold brew
Cold brew coffee tastes great in Mexican coffee but it does require a bit more time. See how to make it so it comes out perfect each time.

Questions You May Have

Which coffee option is the best for this recipe?

Cold brew is my go-to for making iced coffee drinks. Make a batch and you’ll have coffee ready in the refrigerator anytime you want to make a flavored drink.

I don’t have ground cloves. Can I still make the drink without it?

Yes! If you don’t have ground cloves, add more ground cinnamon. The cloves aren’t 100% necessary but the cinnamon is.

How can I make this drink dairy-free?

Use a dairy-free milk to make the drink and don’t make the cream topping which is made of heavy cream.
